One-year-long program that consists of Tier 1 Mentoring PLUS:
 
Five observations of your training sessions and/or games with feedback. Each session or game can be up to 90 minutes long, and feedback will be provided through a discussion over video call or phone, as well as a written summary with action steps for growth.
Sessions/games must be filmed with your own recording device and shared with your mentor online (i.e. YouTube, Dropbox, etc.).
